This course allows you to fully enjoy Miraizaka, featuring the main dish "Japan's Three Greatest Wagyu Beef and Kirishima Kurobuta Pork in Shellfish Dashi Tobanyaki," which uses Omi Beef, one of Japan's three great Wagyu beef breeds, and Kirishima Kurobuta Pork, a brand of pork from Kyushu. It also includes seared bonito, seasonal nigiri sushi, and finally, champon noodles in a rich clam broth, perfect for preventing a hangover!
